REP. RYAN CHAMBERLIN ENDORSES CHAD JOHNSON FOR HOUSE DISTRICT 22

Chiefland, Fla. — Today, Chad Johnson announced the endorsement of Rep. Ryan Chamberlin in his race for State House in District 22. Chad is running to succeed Rep. Chuck Clemons, who is term-limited and has also endorsed the sixth-generation Floridian’s bid for the seat.

“Chad Johnson is an America-first conservative who will be a warrior for limited government and lower taxes,” said Rep. Ryan Chamberlin. “I am proud to offer him my support and endorsement alongside Speaker Pro Tem Chuck Clemons, Rep. Bobby Payne, and Rep. Stan McClain. I am confident that Chad will champion North Florida’s quality of life and values as he represents rural North Florida in the legislature.”

Rep. Ryan Chamberlin was elected to serve House District 24 during a special election in May 2023. The district encompasses part of Marion County. Since taking office, he has been a leader of the conservative movement and sponsored legislation to stop woke ideology and protect children and working families from government overreach.

“Rep. Ryan Chamberlin is leading the way on reducing property taxes and the cost of homeowners insurance,” said candidate Chad Johnson. “I appreciate his endorsement and kind words in my race for House District 22. He is an asset to the conservative movement.”

Chad was born and raised in Alachua County, with family in Gilchrist and Marion counties. He is a University of Florida graduate with a degree in Food and Resource Economics. Chad and his wife Angela reside in Levy County and have four children. He is a tried-and-true community leader, formerly serving as a Levy County Commissioner, president of the Levy County Farm Bureau and the Florida Association of Auctioneers. Chad has been endorsed by Speaker Pro Tempore of the Florida House of Representatives Chuck Clemons, Rep. Bobby Payne, Rep. Stan McClain, and Gilchrist County Sheriff Bobby Schultz.
